Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your account in a couple of clicks. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you have paid for.
When do my free sessions and discounts start?
The moment your first payment goes through. Log in before you book and everything applies on its own.
Do unused free sessions roll over?
No. Each month's allowance resets on your renewal date, so use them while you have them.
Does my discount work on peak times and weekends?
Yes. Member pricing applies whenever you book, peak or off-peak.
Can my family use my membership?
Your discount always covers you. Voyager and Odyssey also extend member pricing to your whole group on one booking a month. The free session is for the account holder.
What if I change my mind about my tier?
Switch up or down any time from your account. Changes take effect from your next payment.
How do I pay?
By card, billed monthly through our secure payment provider. Your card details are never stored on our site.
