By using this website and booking with Odyssey VR, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and you have a confirmation. Please arrive 10 minutes before your session. Late arrivals may have a shorter session as we run to a schedule.

Safety and conduct

Our team will brief you on safe use of the equipment. Please follow staff instructions at all times. We may end a session without refund if behaviour puts people or equipment at risk.

Age and supervision

Age guides are shown for each experience. Younger players may need adult supervision. We reserve the right to ask for proof of age.

Liability

We take safety seriously and maintain our equipment carefully. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for loss or injury that is outside our reasonable control.
