Do I need any VR experience?

Not at all. Our team gives everyone a full briefing before you start, and the games are built to be easy to pick up. Most players are up and running within a minute.

The VR Experience arena suits ages 7 and up. Some escape rooms are better for older children and teens. Each game page lists its age guide so you can pick the right one.

Comfortable clothes you can move in, and flat sensible shoes. If you normally wear glasses, bring them, they fit under the headset.

What about motion sickness?

Free-roam VR is much gentler than older seated VR because you walk around naturally. If anyone feels uneasy they can take a break at any time, just tell a staff member.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10 minutes before your session for check-in and the briefing.

Odyssey VR is in Corby, Northamptonshire, at Corby Business Centre, Eismann Way, NN17 5ZB. We're a short drive from Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, Northampton and Leicester, with free parking right outside. If you're searching for free-roam VR near you in the East Midlands, we're the closest dedicated VR venue for most of the county.

How far is Odyssey VR from Northampton and Leicester?

We're roughly 30 minutes from Northampton and about 40 minutes from Leicester by car, just off the A43 and A6003 in Corby. Free parking is right outside the building.
