OdysseyVR is a virtual reality entertainment venue and mobile VR experience provider based in Corby, Northamptonshire.

4. Bookings and payments

All bookings made through our website or booking platform are subject to availability. Prices shown are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

5. VR experience participation

Health and safety

Virtual reality experiences may cause motion sickness, dizziness, disorientation, or eye strain in some individuals. If you experience any discomfort during a session, please stop immediately and inform a member of staff. Participants with epilepsy, heart conditions, or who are pregnant should consult a medical professional before taking part.

Age requirements

Minimum age requirements apply to our VR experiences. Children under the specified age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Age requirements are stated on individual experience pages and at the time of booking.

Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse entry or end a session without refund if a participant behaves in a manner that is dangerous, abusive, or disruptive to other guests or staff. Participants must follow all safety instructions given by OdysseyVR staff.

Damage and liability

Participants are responsible for any wilful damage to OdysseyVR equipment during their session. We reserve the right to charge for repairs or replacement where damage is caused through negligence or misuse.

6. Mobile VR hire

Our mobile VR service is subject to additional terms which will be provided at the time of booking. These may include requirements for suitable space, power supply, and access for our vehicle. Cancellations for mobile bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance unless otherwise agreed.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design, is the property of OdysseyVR or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability
